Fully Bunded Plastic Adblue Storage and Dispensing Tank, rotationally moulded from a premium grade of Adblue resistant, Medium Density Polyethylene and supplied complete with:

Additionally, the following added value Adblue Tank specifications are also available:

• 5000BSV c/w Vent Pack Adblue begins to vapuroise at 20 degrees Celsius. To help keep your Adblue in tip, top condition for longer - the optional Vent Pack consists of a factory fitted, thermostatically controlled Extraction Fan System which regulates the temperature by expelling warm air from inside the tank.
• 5000BSA c/w Arctic Pack Adblue ordinarily freezes at -11 degrees Celsius. However, the optional Arctic Pack provides protection against frost and freezing, by gently warming the stored solution via a thermostatically controlled 'Heat Trace' System and a 2kW Fan Heater, whilst an Insulated Primary Storage Vessel assists heat retention.
• 5000BSC c/w Climate Pack The optional Climate Pack allows you to combine the benefits of both the Vent Pack and the Arctic Pack, to provide year round protection to stored solution. The Climate Pack comprises an Insulated Inner Tank, thermostatically controlled 'Heat Trace' System and thermostatically activated Extraction Fan System.

The following Adblue Tank accessories, designed for use with Adblue can also be supplied upon request and at additional cost:

• ZVA Nozzle In addition to incorporating a three stage automatic shut off function, the optional ZVA Nozzle reduces the risk of cross contamination during filling. The Elafix 40 collar ensures it is simply not possible to accidentally fill a Diesel tank with Adblue.
• Adblue Management System allows you to restrict access to up to 80 authorised personnel issued with a valid PIN or Intelligent Key Fob. Users can also be prompted to enter Vehicle Registration Number and / or Mileage Details, prior to dispensing stored solution. Additionally, the system also records usage data which can be downloaded to almost any Windows enabled PC (System Requirement: Microsoft Windows 95 or greater. Please note this product is only compatible with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems). Supplied complete with 10 Intelligent Key Fobs as standard.
• Intelligent Key Fobs for use with the Adblue Management System are available in packs of 10. A single system can support up to 80 unique users.

Installation Requirements

This Bunded Tank must be installed and maintained by a suitably competent person in accordance with supplied instructions and prevailing statutory requirements.

All mains electrical connections to this bunded tank, must be made only by an independently accredited electrician in accordance with prevailing electrical safety requirements and to an RCD protected power supply.
