Harlequin Participates in Centre for Competitiveness' Innovation & Leadership Programme

Harlequin Managing Director, Brian McCann, attended last week's International Leadership & Innovation tutorial and workshop, developed by the Centre for Competitiveness, in partnership with the Institute of Directors, Northern Ireland.
Supported by both Queen's University Belfast and University of Ulster,the event aimed to create a radical approach to providing leaders in the private, and public sectors with practica,l world class tuition in international leadership and innovation skills.
This unique programme was designed to address current challenges facing Northern Ireland business leaders, who currently operate internationally. The programme was created for Chief Executives addressing real business problems, which also served to provide engagement between business and academia.
As Managing Director for one of Europe's leading manufacturer's of plastic storage tanks, such as bunded oil tanks, waste oil tanks, diesel tanks, and water tanksMr. McCannsaid of the event:
"This has been an extremely insightful programme and has offered an opportunity to consider breakthrough innovation reflecting the latest thinking by leading academics."
